BCV Technologies reorganise its factory |
To improve its capacity of production, BCV Technologies has reorganised 80% of its factory with Schneider Electric’s support and skills.
This re-engineering was made with the following analysis :

BCV has modified all the production lines, installed a better material handling system and increased the ergonomy for its employees.
Furthermore, this modification allows BCV Technologies to increase the working condition, quality of the product, quality of deliveries and productivity in order to increase again customer satisfaction.
