We are involved in regulating temperature furnaces Line Float Glass for a factory in Italy.
Special :
- The feed is effected by a power controller.
- An ambient temperature of 65°C knowing that the transformers are installed above the furnace.
- Large currents due to the low voltage secondary to 1650 A.
Our value added in this project :
Design and construction of 35 units in technology impregnated phase :
- 23 Transformers 200 KVA 400 V / 90-70 V 50 H
- 12 Transformers 100 KVA 400 V / 90-70 V 50 H
All our team were involved in the project to meet the customer needs, in terms of time, compliance with environmental and electrical stresses.
This industriel process require a perfect reliability, due to the extremly high cost generatical in come of damage in the fabrication line.
The order was made in April 2010, scheduled for delivery in september 2010.
